Do you have to know what you're doing to get started at CrossFit Academy Rex? No sir. That's what The Academy is for. At our gym, we emphasize a mastery of human movement through the application of sound technique based on the field of biomechanics. But, to achieve mastery, you must first learn the basic techniques we teach.
Simply put: The Academy is a series of three private training sessions designed to develop solid goals while teaching you proper technique across a wide range of functional movements. The goal: the ability to train safely and effectively in our group CrossFit classes. Scroll down for the updated schedule.
The small group training model is the core of Academy Rex and it's one of the things that can make CrossFit more effective than hours alone at a gym. The CrossFit methodology also offers multiple options for individualization through scaling and substitution, so it's suitable whether you're a beginner or a seasoned athlete.

We became an official GORUCK training partner because we love GORUCK and love working with those of you who are training for a GORUCK Challenge.
